This Glorious Pizza Cake Only Requires 5 Ingredients And A Few Simple Steps. Yummm.
This isn’t a “cake” in the traditional sense of the word. There’s no creme filling or chocolate frosting, but you might want to eat it on your next birthday anyway. It’s a cake with pepperoni.
This “pepperoni cake” looks delicious and, even better, is super simple to make. You won’t believe how something this yummy looking could be so easy without calling for delivery.
Unroll your pizza dough into one layer. Then cut out three 6-inch circles.
Drape the dough around your pan, letting the sides hang over. Place a cooked and cooled circle of dough at the bottom of the pan.
Add sauce, pepperonis and mozzarella cheese, and then top with another layer of cooked and cooled dough.
Continue this process until you reach the top of the pan. Roll the overlaying dough up to create a “crust” for your pizza.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sides are completely cooked.
