‘It is a new low’: Actor Shia LaBeouf issues emotional apology after latest arrest
In case you missed it, volatile actor Shia LaBeouf recently landed himself in hot water yet again when he was arrested over the weekend in Savannah, Georgia, for public drunkenness, obstruction, and disorderly conduct. Video footage of him swearing and screaming at officers didn’t do him any favors either.
But tonight, LaBeouf has issued an apology:
