DOD transfers guy who invented the shoe-bomb to Bosnia

Meet Tariq Mahmoud Ahmed Al Sawah, the latest terrorist to get his walking papers out of Guantanamo:

Al Sawah is not just a regular terrorist, mind you, but an explosives specialist who developed the “prototype of the shoe-bomb” used in a failed attack in2001.

According to his DOD file, Al Sawah is only a “MEDIUM” risk to U.S. interests and rated as only “possibly” returning to his previous career instructing other terrorists on how to blow up Americans:

Sure, why not. Just because he has blood on his hands, personally met with Osama bin Laden and had possible knowledge of the 9/11 attacks, it doesn’t mean he should be locked up, right?

More like a coach than a player.
