The battle still continues whether terrorist suspect Babar Ahmad should be extradited to the U.S. while facing charges in the U.K., but one fight has been won: BBC News has triumphed in a legal battle over the right to interview Ahmad to showcase his story to the public. After eight years of confinement in a high-security prison, Ahmad has yet to be questioned or given proof of what he’s accused of. Now, he faces extradition to the United States on charges of coordinating tasks with the Taliban.
#BabarAhmad We criticise Iran,North Korea,Libya,Iraq, for crimes against people yet we let this happen. http://t.co/JnxwMUtH

Guilty or not, the case of Babar Ahmad is a disgrace. If he committed the crimes here, he should be tried here, surely http://t.co/MNXhopDE
